At Zoreida, we take pride in crafting made-to-order garments, including custom pieces designed exclusively for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

we understand that plans can sometimes change. You may cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once this time period has passed, all orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Damage or Defective Products

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll quickly arrange a refund or replacement, because we believe every customer deserves a perfect experience.

Returns

Most of our garments at made-to-order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Please note that exact replication of designs is not guaranteed.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

International: Charges vary by weight, size, and destination (base price INR 3000). Exact charges shared on enquiry.
